Terms of Service

General Information

These terms determine:

• the use of the LimsVault website (“the Service”);
• any user-related agreement or legal relationship with the operator of LimsVault.

These are the terms and conditions of use of the LimsVaultservice (the “Terms of Service”) and form a binding agreement between you (“you”) and the website owner and operator (“LimsVault”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

LimsVault provides the Service subject to these conditions. When you visit, use, or otherwise access LimsVault, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes affirmative agreement to these terms and conditions.LimsVault reserves the right to change these terms, conditions and notices under which the Service is offered, including the fees associated with using it.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these and any additional terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Definitions

Henceforth, the term “buyer” describes the user purchasing an item on the marketplace, the term “seller” describes a user listing an item for sale, and “LimsVault” describes the marketplace and its staff as a whole.

You are responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes, or other costs associated with conducting transactions via the payment methods we make available. You also agree to comply with the applicable duties and taxes imposed by your local authorities and government.

How the Marketplace Works

LimsVault is a player-to-player marketplace for Roblox limited items. Sellers list items they own from their own Roblox inventory. Buyers fund their wallet by depositing cryptocurrency and pay using their on-site balance. When a purchase is made, LimsVaultacts as a middleman that uses the seller's linked Roblox account to send the item directly to the buyer (“instant delivery”) and credits the seller's on-site balance, less applicable fees.

Marketplace Fees

A platform fee of 3% is applied to the sale price of each item, deducted from the seller's payout. Cryptocurrency network fees, payment-processor fees, or exchange spreads incurred during deposit or withdrawal are the user's responsibility. LimsVault reserves the right to adjust this fee with notice on this page.

Payments

Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only (currently BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC). Upon successful purchase, the seller is obligated to ensure their linked Roblox account is able to complete the trade. Any failure on the seller or technical end may result in a refund to the buyer and possible moderation against the seller, particularly if the failure is caused with malicious intent. LimsVaultis obligated to credit the seller's on-site balance when the transaction completes successfully.

Withdrawals

Sellers may withdraw their on-site balance using any of the following methods: PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification at higher volumes (see KYC below) and may be rejected if the requested payout details cannot be verified.

Price Limits

Users may list their items for any price they choose, subject to marketplace-wide floor prices that LimsVault may set for specific items in order to keep listings consistent with current market values. LimsVault reserves the right to adjust or hide listings that do not comply with these floors.

Resolution of Disputes

Any dispute between a buyer and a seller may be brought to our support team through the on-site help channel or by email at support@limsvault.com.LimsVault does not take responsibility for any actions once the transaction has been completed; only the actual transaction conducted on-site can be deemed LimsVault's responsibility.

Seller Liability

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their linked Roblox account is ready and able to complete trades, including but not limited to maintaining a valid .ROBLOSECURITYcookie, enabling the on-site Auto 2FA flow, keeping the listed items in their inventory, and respecting Roblox trade hold periods. Any fault or infringement on a paid transaction may result in moderation and funds in the seller's account being voided.

Marketplace Responsibility

LimsVault maintains the marketplace and provides the automation that facilitates trades between buyers and sellers. LimsVault does not directly own the listed items; the items are owned by the seller until they are transferred to the buyer through the Roblox trade system. Virtual goods do not have real-world monetary value outside of the Service.

Electronic Communications

If you browse LimsVault or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You hereby agree to receive communications from us electronically, by email and/or by postings on the site. You agree that all terms, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

LimsVault and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work, or derivatives of your work, have been reproduced on this site in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please contact our support team. All Roblox trademarks and item names are property of Roblox Corporation; LimsVault is an independent third-party marketplace and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Your Account

By registering an account on LimsVault, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and to accept complete responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may not use the Service.LimsVault and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and cancel transactions at their sole discretion.

Grounds for Termination / Refusal of Service

Users may be immediately terminated for violating any aspect of these Terms. Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• fraud of any kind, as determined by LimsVault staff or systems;
• failure to maintain proper account security;
• failure to cooperate with support staff in the event of a dispute;
• providing false or inaccurate information;
• chargebacks on completed cryptocurrency or fiat deposits;
• listing items that are not in the seller's linked Roblox inventory, or attempting to deliver counterfeit or stolen items;
• mentioning or linking to LimsVault where it is not allowed to be mentioned, such as third-party platforms with restrictions on such services;
• any other breach of these Terms of Service.

Site and Services

LimsVault provides links to and from internet sites it does not control. Neither LimsVault, its parent companies, nor their affiliates control any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The content on this site and on third-party sites is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, LimsVault disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. With respect to all virtual goods and services, LimsVault is only providing a communication and automation service between buyers and sellers; NO GOODS OR PROPERTY ARE BEING SOLD TO THE BUYER BY LimsVault.

Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content

Users may post reviews, comments, and other content; submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, provided that the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. LimsVault reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to remove or edit such content.

Product Descriptions

LimsVault and its affiliates try to be as accurate as possible in describing each product. However, LimsVault does not warrant that product descriptions, item images, Rolimons values, or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by LimsVault itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact support for further assistance.

AML Policy

As required by applicable laws, rules, and moral standards, there are scenarios where we request that sellers verify their personal information. KYC may be requested due to anti-money-laundering regulations dictating volume or cash-amount thresholds. If information is needed from you regarding KYC or AML policy you will be contacted by site administrators for more information. LimsVault is purely a marketplace for virtual items and zero money laundering is tolerated.

KYC

Upon reaching a cumulative volume of $9,999 USD in sales, the following information will be requested from sellers, then encrypted and stored on file for tax and financial-record purposes:

• name;
• date of birth;
• address;
• tax identification number.

Inquiries

Any inquiries sent to support@limsvault.com will receive a response within 12–48 hours of being sent. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and LimsVault regarding the subject matter hereof.
